A New Form of Recreation (Part II)

The right to have a sustainable voice in the management of public lands by the peope who live or recreate in parklands. These people are referred to as stakeholders. And this is one option that may help improve stakeholder rights.
Black Canyon Trail
Submitted by Arshia on Mon, 04/21/2008 - 7:20pm.The Black Canyon trail is a short, easy lollipop trail through an aspen-fir forest. If you take this trail, you will see several types of wildflowers, and possibly lots of butterflies. This is a good trail for children or a family.
The location of this trail in the state is North-central; Sangre de Cristo Mountains & the controlling agency is Santa fe national forest,Espanol Ranger district.The Elevation of the trailhead starts from 7680ft (2341m). The special features of hike are wildflowers & wildlife. one can hike all year specially in winter hike/ski it.
